Unused items may be returned within 30 days after delivery. Items must be in original condition with packaging and accessories included.

How to start a return

1. Email lumanester@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Wait for return instructions before sending the item back.
3. Pack the item securely and include order identification.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after returned items are received and inspected. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our fulfillment error or a confirmed defective item.

Non-returnable items

Used, damaged, altered, final-sale or hygiene-sensitive items may not be eligible for return.
